A Good Friday Reflection

A contemplative monologue from Mary’s perspective

Join us this Good Friday for a quiet, contemplative service centered around a dramatic solo piece written and performed by Holly M. Younghans.

Set decades after the resurrection, this monologue imagines Mary — the mother of Jesus — looking back on her journey from youthful obedience to deep, hard‑won understanding. What did it mean to say “yes” without knowing the cost? How did her early trust grow into a profound awareness of divine mercy?
